Karamoh joins Sampdoria: the free agent door stays open until 31 March, but only for players who were already free on 30 June

Sampdoria announced on 5 September 2026 the signing of Yann Karamoh on a deal until 30 June 2027 with a conditional option until 2028. Torino announced on 3 September 2026 the return of Ricardo Rodríguez, a free agent after two seasons at Betis, on a deal until 30 June 2027 with an option for the following year. The Italian window closed on 1 September: FIFA rules allow a player whose contract has expired to be registered outside the window, and that is the only door left open.

Juventus announced on 1 September 2026 the arrival of Nick Woltemade from Newcastle on a temporary basis until 30 June 2027, and in the statement to investors they put the numbers: 2.8 million as the fee, 0.8 million in ancillary costs, up to 0.5 million more tied to sporting targets.
